As climate change issues go beyond the interest of the scientific community, one of the aims of the Conference is to encourage dialogue between academics and non-academics, including the public, in order to jointly achieve the objectives of the Conference. The High-Level Board helps to promote the Conference both within and outside the scientific community, accredits Side Events, is responsible for fundraising, and provides strategic advice to the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee on key interdisciplinary issues and solutions.

Chaired by Jean Jouzel (CEA), the High Level Board include representatives from major French and international institutions supporting the conference. It also includes representatives of the Organizing Committee(Herv� Le Treut and S�bastien Treyer) and of the Scientific Committee (Jean-Fran�ois Soussana).
